Marc then worked in the banking industry before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 1995.
Prior to joining Goldberg & Wolf, Marc was a partner in the Litigation and Insolvency Departments in the Cherry Hill office of Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg, LLP for over 15 years. Marc concentrates his practice in the litigation of complex commercial cases involving: real estate, land use, business torts, construction, contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes and employment matters. In addition, Marc represents individuals and businesses in the commercial lending industry in matters involving complex collection and foreclosure issues, and lender liability actions.
